Peter - Watercolour is where I started about three years ago and only came to oil a year gone last October. Can't say which I prefer, it differs according to subject.

Rob - Sorry I haven't picked up your comment till today. This one is my wife's current favourite and I think it is the drama of the dawn light that makes it for her.
